JX-705 Polyester single sided adhesive waterproof membrane
Overview
JX-705 PET self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is made of rubbermodified asphalt self-adhesive material containing active additives as the mainmaterial, with polyester film (PET) as the surface reinforcement material onthe upper surface and isolation film (paper) on the lower surface. It can beconstructed by self-adhesive method (dry laying method) or cement adhesive (wetlaying method), and can also be combined with rubber asphalt waterproof coatingto form a composite waterproofing system. It is a tireless self-adhesivepolymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane that can meet the constructionrequirements of different base conditions.
Features
l Strong bonding force, good extensibility of the self-adhesive layer, andstrong ability to adapt to structural deformation.
l The overlapping seams of the roll materials are glued, and theoverlapping and airtight performance is more reliable.
l The coil is soft and conformable, and has good construction tolerance.
l The fine cracks caused by nail rod penetration or external stress canheal themselves under the action of building load gravity.
l It has high reflectivity to sunlight, and short-term exposure can avoidUV and heat aging of the coil.

Self-adhesive method.
Application
It is suitable for underground waterproofing projectsand non-exposed roof waterproofing projects
Notes
1. Before the roll material is installed, avoid exposureto the sun to prevent the temperature from being too high and the isolationfilm from being difficult to tear open.
2. The joints of the roll materials should be dense.
3. Operations should be stopped in severe or extremeweather such as strong winds of level 5 or above, rain, snow, etc.
4. Before constructing the waterproof layer, theembedded parts must be installed and fixed to avoid drilling holes after thewaterproof layer is constructed, which will damage the waterproof layer andleave hidden dangers of leakage.
5. After the roll material is laid, areas that aredirectly exposed to sunlight for more than three weeks should be covered andprotected with plastic sheets or other materials.
